Summary

"The Decree" is a documentary film that follows the struggle of doctor YASEMIN and teacher ENGIN over three years to regain their jobs after losing them by decree law. YASEMIN fights with the support of her patients, ENGIN tries to get support with all kinds of actions in the public square of the city, the most popular tourist and entertainment center in Turkey (Bodrum). The documentary filmmaker has to fight against the repressions of the police.
